Abstract
- The article discusses the use of blood single-cell transcriptomics to study immune aging and the impact of diseases like COVID and HIV on the human immune system. By analyzing single-cell RNA sequencing data, researchers were able to identify changes in cell type composition and intrinsic cellular aging. The study highlights the potential of single-cell transcriptomic biomarkers in understanding age-associated systemic changes in the immune system. The preprint has not yet been peer-reviewed, and more information can be found on biorxiv.org. [Extracted from the article]
