Abstract
- Nanoscale particles of metallic copper have been prepared by electrodeposition method, reduction copper (II) in an aqueous copper sulphate medium under condition processed FS-SEM Microscopic examination, powder X-ray diffraction show the formation of pure metallic copper, EDX analysis, Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) describes a technique that measures the particle size and distribution of submicron particulate systems and Zeta potential analysis. These tests are used for both additives (alph amylase and saliva) to compare them and find the best results. The following concentrations (0.25, 0.50, 0.75 and 1) gm were added to the solution consisting of adding 25 gm of hydrated copper sulphate to 250 ml of distilled water and mixing well using a magnetic mixer. The solution was heated to a temperature of 37 degrees Celsius. In a water bath, the temperature is controlled by measuring it with a thermometer, all of which are placed in a heat-resistant thermal baker, and then the solution is introduced into the electrochemical deposition process, applying a current of 3 amps and a voltage that ranges from 12.7-23 volts, with continuous mixing to homogenize the solution over a period of one full hour, and then Copper powder was produced in each process with different weights, after which the solution was washed to obtain a powder free of impurities.
