Abstract

A meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials explored the impact of curcumin supplementation on migraine patients. The study found that curcumin supplementation significantly reduced the severity of migraine symptoms compared to a placebo, especially in patients over 35 years old. High-dose curcumin was particularly effective in reducing the severity of migraine symptoms. This research suggests that curcumin supplementation may offer relief for migraine sufferers, particularly in older patients. [Extracted from the article]
