Diagnosis and Conservative Management of Subdural Hematoma.

The article presents a case study of a 74-year-old male who developed bilateral subdural hematomas following a fall and was referred to physical therapy. Topics discussed include the diagnostic process using noncontrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) imaging, the management and treatment of subdural hematomas with anticonvulsants and surveillance, and the importance of monitoring symptoms to ensure recovery.
