Differential ventricular overdrive pacing during long‐RP supraventricular tachycardia: How can we interpret?

The article present case study of a 63‐year‐old woman with a history of palpitations and documented long-RP supraventricular tachycardia (SVT). Topics include evaluating SVT mechanisms through VOP responses; distinguishing between atypical atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) and atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT); and challenges posed by inadvertent capture of the Purkinje conduction system during pacing.
