Abstract

It is easy to dismiss staying with a bad plan as foolish, but most people are at risk of falling into this trap under the right circumstances. Plan continuation bias and escalation of commitment are two traps that have doomed many a project and plan. Thoughtfully applying design thinking can help overcome these obstacles and lead to successful outcomes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
