Abstract
- With the rising demand for mineral resources and the gradual depletion of shallow mineral resources in China, it has become an inevitable trend to mining new mineral resources by expanding to the depths. First, for the many challenges faced by the traditional rock drilling and blasting process in deep mining, the non-explosive continuous mining technology and equipment for hard rock deposits are introduced. Then, taking a deep hard rock mine as example, the application practice of non-explosive continuous mining technology are introduced in detail with the positive results brought about, which provides a case study for the non-explosive continuous mining of deep hard rock deposits; Finally, based on the practical experience and combining with cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, the ore slurry-making hydraulic transportation technology is proposed, which is expected to provide a more efficient and environmentally friendly solution for lifting ores in deep mines, and to further optimize and enhance the mining efficiency and safety of deep mines.
