The research paper was aimed to optimize the routes of transporting yogurt milk from Annashuwa Company, Sharada Phase II Kano, to expedite the distribution route led to the reduction of operating cost that frequently occurs due to the traffic congestion in some selected areas within Kano city, Nigeria.
