Abstract
- Researchers at Hebei Medical University conducted a study on the correlation between ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer targeted therapy and thrombosis. The study compared the incidence of thromboembolism among different treatment options using a systematic review and Bayesian network meta-analysis. Results showed that chemotherapy, brigatinib, and ceritinib had a lower risk of total thromboembolism compared to crizotinib, with similar results for venous thromboembolism. The study concluded that crizotinib significantly increased the risk of thromboembolism and venous thromboembolism compared to other treatments. [Extracted from the article]
