Abstract

A study conducted by investigators from Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China, focused on identifying biomarkers and pathways in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using proteomic and metabolomic data. The research analyzed 10 studies and found differential expression of specific proteins and metabolites in various samples from individuals with ASD. The study identified potential biomarkers for ASD diagnosis and management, emphasizing the need for further research in this area. This research was supported by the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and has been peer-reviewed. [Extracted from the article]
