Abstract
- A clinical trial, NCT06626191, is being conducted to compare the effectiveness of two nerve blocks, interscalene brachial plexus block and serratus posterior superior intercostal plane block, in providing postoperative analgesia for patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopy. The study aims to reduce opioid consumption and improve pain control for patients after surgery. The trial is not yet recruiting participants and is set to be completed by June 16, 2025, with a primary focus on pain scores and opioid consumption as outcome measures. [Extracted from the article]
