Abstract

A recent study conducted by Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic, explored the process of forming trusting friendships from early adolescence to adulthood. The study identified four overarching themes related to trust building, including experiential trust building and relying on intuitive connection. The findings suggest that adolescents and adults experience variations in the trust process, with adolescents placing more emphasis on immediate affect and moral essentialism. Further research is recommended to explore the trust process in different societal contexts. [Extracted from the article]
