Abstract

The transition from conventional paper-based records to technologically enhanced Electronic Health Records incorporating federated learning has played a crucial role in the dynamic field of healthcare. This paper provides a comprehensive examination of the evolution of health record systems, encompassing a thorough analysis of the historical development and technological achievements within this field. The focus is directed on doing a comparative analysis of efficiency, accuracy, and data security at each stage. Moreover, the present study investigates the effects of federated learning on the preservation of data privacy and the facilitation of collaborative medical research within the context of modern healthcare environments. The primary findings indicate that despite ongoing hurdles, the integration of electronic health records (EHRs) with federated learning holds significant potential for advancing patient care to an unprecedented degree. This study is of relative interest to practitioners, researchers, and stakeholders. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
