Abstract
- Researchers at the University Hospital Centre in Zagreb, Croatia have developed a modified reduction technique for managing thoracic fracture-dislocations. These injuries, which result from high-energy trauma, cause instability of the spinal column and neurological impairment. The researchers successfully reduced four cases using their modified technique, without any complications such as dural tear or screw failure. This technique shows promise for reducing the risk of iatrogenic complications during the reduction maneuver. [Extracted from the article]
