Abstract
- A new report presents fresh data on pharmaceutics, specifically focusing on the development of robust human liver microsomal stability prediction models. The researchers discuss the challenges of pharmacokinetic issues in drug discovery and the need for high-throughput in vitro assays to evaluate the pharmacokinetic profiles of compounds. They describe the development of an in silico model for predicting human liver microsomal stability using experimental datasets and achieved model accuracies exceeding 80%. The best model, along with a subset of the dataset, has been made publicly accessible for the benefit of the drug discovery community. This research is the largest open-source model of its kind and the first to leverage cross-species data. [Extracted from the article]
