Abstract
- The Bank of Korea is considering copyright violations related to the commercial use of the iconography on South Korean coins and banknotes. The issue arose due to a bread filled with cheese called Sibwonppang, which resembles a 10-won coin featuring the Dabotap Pagoda. The Bank of Korea has warned Sibwonppang manufacturers to change the design, but enforcement of the copyright has faced backlash. The article also briefly mentions changes to treasure laws in Great Britain, which aim to identify rare and significant items and prevent them from leaving the country. [Extracted from the article]
