Belgium's Dessert Factory, Verbau agree to merge.

Belgian dessert manufacturers Dessert Factory and Verbau have merged to form a new company called Mellow. Dessert Factory specializes in baked desserts like moelleux and cheesecake, while Verbau is known for raw desserts such as mousse, tiramisu, and bavarois.
