Abstract
- A study conducted by researchers at Shenzhen Technology University in China explores the use of lower limb exoskeleton robots for gait rehabilitation in stroke patients. The researchers developed an Individualized Gait Trajectory Generation (IGTG) method based on Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to approximate and regress pre-stroke gaits. The algorithm was trained using data from healthy subjects and then applied to generate personalized trajectories for stroke patients. Clinical trial results showed that rehabilitation training using these individualized gait trajectories resulted in significant reductions in blood oxygen saturation and heart rate compared to training with fixed trajectories.
