Abstract
- A recent study conducted at the University of Texas Arlington examined the daily stress processes experienced by young adults, specifically focusing on potential sex differences. The study found that young women experienced a greater frequency of daily stressor days compared to young men. Additionally, young women exhibited exaggerated negative and positive affective responsivity to daily stressors, which may contribute to increased susceptibility to adverse psychological outcomes. This research provides valuable insights into the unique experiences of young females during emerging adulthood. [Extracted from the article]
