Abstract

A recent study conducted at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in Iran explored the experiences of nursing students who work in clinical environments while studying. The study found that these students face both advantages and disadvantages in their roles as student worker nurses. The benefits include improved clinical and communication skills, increased self-confidence, and learning and practicing nursing responsibilities. However, the students also experience stress and mislearning. The study provides valuable insights into the lived experiences of nursing students and their unique challenges and opportunities in the clinical field. [Extracted from the article]
