Abstract
- In a series of measurements, a comparison is made of nonlinear scattering in suspensions of porous silicon nanoparticles in ethanol and bidistilled water. Scattering has a threshold character in terms of the concentration of nanoparticles and the energy of the initiating laser. With a small difference in the sizes of nanoparticles, a significant difference in the nature of scattering spectra and optimal concentrations of suspensions is observed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
