- Flora Food Group, formerly known as Upfield, has acquired a manufacturing facility in Hugoton, Kansas. The facility will serve as the hub for Flora Food Group's creams and cream cheeses products for the US, Canada, and the rest of the Americas region. The company's existing facility in Texas will continue to produce butter and spreads products. This acquisition brings the company's total manufacturing sites to 15 across five continents, employing approximately 4,800 people.
