Abstract
- A new study conducted by researchers at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in Italy examines the color stability of composite resins used in dental restorations. The study compares the pigmentation and color stability of single-shade and multi-shade composites after immersion in staining substances. The results show that single-shade composites are more prone to discoloration than multi-shade composites, regardless of the polymerization time. This research provides valuable insights for dentists and patients in choosing the most suitable composite material for dental restorations. [Extracted from the article]
