Abstract

A recent study conducted by the University of Airlangga explored the role of organizational factors and Sharia-Based Nursing Care (SBNC) in determining patient satisfaction in Sharia hospitals. The study found that organizational factors significantly influenced SBNC, which in turn significantly influenced patient satisfaction. The consolidation of organizational factors with SBNC also had a significant influence on patient satisfaction. The research concluded that nurses with good leadership, culture, and appropriate rewards can shape the quality of the profession by implementing SBNC, leading to greater patient satisfaction.
