Abstract
- A recent report from Manipal Academy of Higher Education in Karnataka, India, discusses a case of a 43-year-old man with a rare anatomical configuration in his mandibular canine. The tooth had three canals within a single root that merged to form one, which is a unique occurrence. The patient had previously undergone root canal therapy and was experiencing symptoms of apical periodontitis. Through careful examination and the use of cone-beam computed tomography, a specialized endodontic approach was employed to successfully resolve the patient's symptoms. This research provides valuable insights into the management of complex endodontic cases. [Extracted from the article]
