Abstract
- A recent study conducted by researchers from the Central University of Haryana in India suggests that yoga may have anti-aging effects on the skin. The study examined the impact of yogic practices on the hallmarks of skin aging and found that yoga could potentially improve both health span and lifespan. The researchers concluded that yoga is a promising tool for controlling the biological aging process and called for further research to explore its application as a cost-effective and accessible intervention for improving longevity and overall health.
