Abstract
- The article presents the discussion on biodistricts as formal agreements for sustainable resource management based on organic and agroecological practices, aiming to enhance local community development. Topics include case studies from the Valposchiavo region in Switzerland and the Cilento Biodistrict in Italy, the role of biodistricts in supporting EU organic initiatives; and comparisons of biodistrict development strategies in Italy and France.
