Abstract
- New research conducted by Nestle Research in Lausanne, Switzerland explores the use of the Molecular Networking (MN) approach to identify chemicals that may migrate from packaging materials into food. The study found that the MN approach facilitated the identification of unknown chemicals, improving the safety assessment of packaging materials. This research provides valuable insights into the complexity of chemicals in food packaging and their potential impact on consumer exposure.
