Abstract
- Moloco Trains has released a new HO scale 50-foot XM double-door boxcar model based on the Northern Pacific railroad. The model is a replica of the full-size cars built between 1956 and 1959, primarily used for lumber and forest products. It features car-number-specific details, Stanray R3-4 ends, and 8-rung ladders on the sides and ends. The model has separate riveted sides and welded Stanray R3-4 ends, a separate plastic casting roof with an etched-metal running board and wire corner grab irons, and molded floorboard and stringer detail. The model is neatly painted in Mineral Red with sharp and opaque printing. It is available in different paint schemes and road names. The model has been tested on various layouts and performs well. The price of the model is $66.99. [Extracted from the article]
