Abstract

This article, titled "EP14.26: Outcome of monochorionic twin pregnancies complicated with selective intrauterine growth restriction," discusses the outcomes of pregnancies with selective intrauterine growth restriction (sIUGR) in monochorionic (MC) twins. The study, conducted at a tertiary referral center between 2018 and 2022, analyzed cases of sIUGR and focused on factors such as fetal status, gestational age at delivery, birthweight discordance, perinatal mortality, neonatal death, neonatal morbidity, and long-term follow-up data. The results showed a strong association between the subtypes of sIUGR in MC twins and perinatal outcomes. [Extracted from the article]
