Abstract
- The management of heart failure has changed significantly over the past few years. Based on recent trials, a four-medication strategy is recommended for those with reduced ejection fraction and a newer therapy is recommended for those with preserved ejection fraction. The recommended agents have been shown to reduce morbidity, mortality, and especially hospitalizations related to heart failure. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
