Abstract
- A recent report from the University of Ramon Llull in Barcelona, Spain discusses the impact of metaphysical beliefs on people's willingness to participate in peer-to-peer sharing platforms. The research suggests that individuals who strongly identify with their possessions are less likely to rent them out due to concerns about the essence of the possession being threatened. The study highlights the need for further understanding of consumer behavior in the sharing economy. This research has been peer-reviewed and provides valuable insights into the psychology of sharing. [Extracted from the article]
