Abstract
- A recent study conducted in Osaka, Japan, examined the impact of receiving continuous support from the same public health nurse on parental perceptions of health care professionals and the use of childcare support services. The study found that parents who received continuous support reported higher levels of satisfaction with health care services and a greater understanding of available childcare support services. The researchers concluded that this type of support can improve parental well-being in a cost-effective manner. The study was published in the Maternal and Child Health Journal and was conducted by Yoshie Yokoyama and colleagues from Osaka Metropolitan University. [Extracted from the article]
