Abstract

The article offers information on the gender differences in business students' sustainability expectations from Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) across two countries. Topics discussed include how female students have stronger sustainability expectations than males; the variation in these expectations between the U.S. and Germany; and the role of gender in shaping these expectations using the Kano model for analysis.
