The article offers information on the impact of anthropomorphism in chatbots on service recovery satisfaction. Topics discussed include the effects of human-like avatars and empathetic responses on recovery and chatbot satisfaction; the contrast between process and outcome failure scenarios; and also mentions about how these anthropomorphic cues influence customer perceptions and satisfaction.
