Abstract
- The U.S. Meat Export Federation organized a global meat processing seminar at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for importers from Mexico and Central and South America. The seminar provided an opportunity for the importers to meet with industry leaders and explore new product development ideas in the meat lab. The delegation also visited retail stores and toured processing plants, solidifying their confidence in the quality of U.S. pork and beef products. The event aimed to strengthen trading partnerships and foster long-term commercial relationships between Latin American buyers and U.S. meat producers. [Extracted from the article]
