THRIVE Improves Early Postoperative Atelectasis in Long-Time Non-Tracheal Intubation Anesthesia for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy: A Clinical Study.

A clinical study conducted at Subei People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province aims to explore the clinical effect of Transnasal humidified rapid insufflation ventilatory exchange (THRIVE) in improving early postoperative atelectasis in patients undergoing long-term non-intubated anesthesia gastrointestinal endoscopy. The study is an interventional, randomized trial with a primary outcome measure of the incidence of atelectasis within 7 days.
