Abstract
- A clinical study conducted at Subei People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province aims to explore the clinical effect of Transnasal humidified rapid insufflation ventilatory exchange (THRIVE) in improving early postoperative atelectasis in patients undergoing long-term non-intubated anesthesia gastrointestinal endoscopy. The study is an interventional, randomized trial with a primary outcome measure of the incidence of atelectasis within 7 days. The study is currently active but not recruiting, with an enrollment target of 150 participants and a completion date of March 2025. The study is being conducted in China.
