Abstract
- A recent study conducted by researchers from Universitas Padjadjaran has developed an aptasensor using cerium oxide nanoparticles to detect chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) cells. CML is a highly lethal form of leukemia that requires effective diagnostic strategies. The aptasensor demonstrated good performance with a limit of detection of 16 cells/mL and a limit of quantification of 3,882 cells/mL in the concentration range of 102 to 106 cells/mL. These findings have the potential to contribute to the development of point-of-care devices for CML detection. [Extracted from the article]
