BOC Aviation responds in Air Europa lawsuit.

Singapore-based lessor BOC Aviation has denied that it is obligated to return fees paid by Spanish carrier Air Europa for undelivered Boeing 787-9s. In 2018, Air Europa and BOC Aviation entered into a financing and lease transaction for four aircraft, with BOC Aviation assuming the obligation to purchase the aircraft and covering 100% of the pre-delivery payments (PDP).
