Abstract

The September issue of Australian Gourmet Traveller celebrates the winners of their Annual Restaurant Awards, with a special highlight on the first-ever Tasmanian winner of Restaurant of the Year. The award, which has been given out since 1980, has previously been won by venues all over Australia except Tasmania. The winner this year is The Agrarian Kitchen Restaurant, owned by chef Rodney Dunn, who used to be a food editor for Gourmet Traveller.
