Abstract
- The 22nd International Studying Leadership Conference will be held from December 8-10, 2024 at the Birmingham Business School and Birmingham Leadership Institute at the University of Birmingham in the UK. The conference aims to foster dialogue and understanding between different perspectives, disciplines, and identities in order to explore the ways in which leaders and leadership operate. Participants are invited to explore various topics related to leadership, such as social activism, the arts, institutions, systems, feminist and race theory, conflict, neoliberalism, violence, nature, and leadership for social good. The conference will feature keynote speakers and offer various forms of presentations, including traditional academic papers, panel discussions, workshops, and interactive symposia sessions. The Birmingham Business School and Birmingham Leadership Institute are part of the University of Birmingham, which is known for its diverse presence in management and leadership education and research.
