راهکارهای ارتقاء مراقبت های دوران بارداری در زنان دارای معلولیت جسمی حرکتی: یک مطالعه ی کیفی.

Background and objectives: Women with physical mobility disabilities face many barriers in accessing safe, respectful and acceptable health care. This study was designed and conducted with the aim of providing strategies for improving prenatal care in women with physical disabilities in 1401. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted using a qualitative method of guided content analysis, and for this purpose, 24 people (12 pregnant women with physical disabilities and 12 pregnancy care providers) were selected using a targeted sampling method with maximum diversity, and in order to collect Data were used from semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions. In this study, the comparative analysis method was used, and Guba and Lincoln criteria were used for the accuracy and robustness of the data. Results: Data analysis led to the identification of 810 primary codes, 4 main categories and 16 subcategories. The strategies for improving prenatal care in women with physical disabilities were classified in four categories: empowering beneficiaries, creating a systematic support system, modifying the care process and protocol, and promoting intra- and inter-departmental cooperation. Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that there are many obstacles in the field of providing prenatal care, and in order to improve these cares, solutions were identified that make the policy makers and trustees of this field plan more precisely and through facilitation to The use of these strategies will improve the access of women with physical disabilities to prenatal care.
