Abstract
- The article discusses the issue of transferring bookings from an old host agency to a new host agency. The author explains that unless there is an agreement requiring the old host to cooperate, there is no way to force them to transfer the bookings. While some bookings can be canceled and rebooked through the new host, this may not be possible in many cases due to penalties or lack of availability. The author suggests negotiating a four-party agreement involving the old host, new host, supplier, and client to facilitate the transfer, but acknowledges that this may not be easy to achieve.
