Abstract
- This article suggests that as educators, how we view behaviour may be rooted in assumptions, influencing our expectations and the level of support we provide students. The authors link the brain's response to stress as a primary factor in student behaviour. A new lens for how we restoratively lead and respond to students through the Learning Readiness Window is proposed; creating learning environments that build capability and capacity with restorative practices, enabling students to become who they are meant to be.
