Abstract

Nowadays medical field is rapidly progressing in multimedia communication which provides a way to enhance the quality of interaction between the doctor and patient, leads to advanced authorizations in curative process. Moreover, healthcare treatment methods and approaches in rapid growth may cause many storage and transmission issues among various medical practioners and patient. Thus transparency plays important role in order to improvise the patient’s information security. The medical data sharing and storage in Wireless sensor network- WSN based Internet of things- IoT application is crucial in healthcare, resulted in greater risks in case of patient’s privacy and security. Recently, blockchain approach in WSN progressive has gained attention to different organizations like healthcare, government sectors, finance and real estates. Thus blockchain in healthcare is consider in this study. Blockchain based multiparty authentication protocol is developed for secure data aggregation to IoT medical sensor data. Initially, lightweight data aggregation is performed, further blockchain model used to secure blocks formation through hash values by Merkle tree for secure the IoT medical sensor data in WSN. Further, the results of the proposed model is evaluated based on privacy and utility, authentication delay and attack possibility. The results obtained for privacy, utility are 0.25% at 90% training value for privacy, 0.89% at 90% training value for utility. The comparative results shows that the proposed model is effective against different existing works. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
