Abstract
- A study conducted by researchers at King Saud Bin Abdul-Aziz University for Health Sciences explores the relationship between organizational justice, nurse managers' caring behaviors, and workplace bullying among nurses. The study found that higher levels of perceived organizational justice were associated with higher levels of managerial caring and lower incidents of workplace bullying.
