Abstract
- Researchers at Qinghai University in Xining, China have conducted a study on the drug Albendazole (ABZ), which is used as an antiparasitic medication. The researchers focused on improving the drug's solubility, stability, and bioavailability through the creation of synthetic salts. They used various analytical techniques to characterize the properties of these salts and found that they significantly improved the solubility and dissolution rate of ABZ. The study also demonstrated that the new solid form of ABZ exhibited physical stability under adverse conditions. The researchers concluded that these findings could lead to the development of more effective and innovative drug formulations. [Extracted from the article]
