Abstract
- This article explores the topic of affirmative action and specifically focuses on the argument against it known as the "mismatch objection." The author suggests that affirmative action should involve a lesser degree of mismatch compared to alternative policies. They also propose that considering multiple instances of affirmative action, such as gender, economic status, and disability, can address concerns about mismatch. The article concludes by suggesting that further research is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of different affirmative action policies. [Extracted from the article]
