Abstract

This paper seeks to conduct a comprehensive literature review analysing governmental initiatives, particularly public policies, pertaining to the needs of the creative economy (CE). The uniqueness of this paper lies in its unprecedented examination of literature on governmental actions for the CE. The methodology involved executing a rigorous systematic review of literature drawn from multiple credible research sources. The primary objective was to identify the stimuli, impediments and formulation processes across various sectors within the CE. The findings uncover a wide array of stimuli that policymakers can employ to foster the CE. We offer recommendations for constructing a policy framework. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
