Abstract

This article examines the resilience of medical staff working in emergency units during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through interviews and thematic analysis, the study explores how frontline healthcare workers coped with the challenges they faced. Key themes identified include professional commitment, teamwork, and adaptability. The study emphasizes the emotional and psychological toll on medical staff and the importance of institutional support systems. The findings suggest that enhancing resilience through training, mental health resources, and robust communication channels is crucial for future preparedness. The article also discusses the challenges faced by medical professionals, including the differing experiences of doctors and nurses, the impact on mental health, and the need for improved support systems and infrastructure in future healthcare crises.
